How to use ChatGPT to create a PowerPoint using your own written content
Youâre probably using ChatGPT for almost everything already, so why not use it to automate your presentation creation, too?
Letâs pretend you wrote an article in document format and you wanted to create a PowerPoint presentation with it.
Here's a guide on how you can do that:
Start with a prompt to give context to GPT. Something like:
I would like to create a PowerPoint presentation and will be uploading an article for reference. Here is the article.
Upload your article to give GPT a library from which it can draw the presentationâs content. This ensures that the presentationâs texts are all accurately backed by your own source. If you donât have an article, you can expand the prompt above to include the content you wish to see in the PowerPoint.
Craft a prompt that outlines the specific structure and content you envision for your PowerPoint. Key elements to include in your prompt are:
Number of slides
Specific subtopics or themes you want to cover
Additional instructions like formatting preferences

Prompt for ChatGPT PowerPoint Presentation
Bonus tip: Add âCite your linkable sources." in your prompt if you didnât upload an article so you can cross-check the contentâs credibility.
At this point, GPT should generate a presentation.
If youâre not happy with the PowerPoint, simply give GPT the instructions needed to improve it.
BONUS: for fun, we used this technique to create a PowerPoint asking ChatGPT to give its top tips and tricks recommended for this technique. We saved it as a PDF for easier viewing!
How to use DALL-E 3 to create photo-realistic AI images
Dall-E 3 is OpenAIâs text-to-image conversion tool. It can render downloadable image renditions of your detailed written request within seconds.
Recently, we did a study about how it stacks up against other AI image generators and we found that itâs best suited for creating visual assets with photo-realistic features and beautiful backgrounds.
Now, weâll guide you through two ways to access Dall-E 3 so you can create AI photo-realistic visual content with beautiful backgrounds for your projects.
Approach #1: Access DALL-E 3 via ChatGPT Plus
Open your existing ChatGPT account and click the "Upgrade plan" at the bottom of the left sidebar.
If you donât have an account yet, sign up for a free ChatGPT account and click the "Upgrade plan" button.
Select the $20/month ChatGPT Plus subscription plan and enter your payment details.
Bonus Tip: Ask a friend whoâs already subscribed to the ChatGPT Plus plan to send you an invite so you can get a free trial.
Once youâve completed the steps above, DALL¡E 3 becomes accessible by asking ChatGPT 4 or ChatGPT 4o to generate an image for you.
Your prompt should start with something like âCreate an image ofâŚâ or âPaint a picture ofâŚâ
Example Prompt: âCreate an image of a polar bear standing in a jungle during a rain.â You should get something like this:

Dall-E 3 photo-realistic image with beautiful background
The good thing about AI image generators is that you can create the wildest and most absurd scenes you thought only artists or painters could draw by hand.
If the output isnât quite what you have in mind, modify it further by asking ChatGPT to make adjustments and it will generate another image.
Take note that this approach will only give you a single image render for each request you make.
Once youâve upgraded to the Plus plan, you can also access Dall-E 3 within ChatGPT through this link. This will allow you to enter straight-to-the-point prompts like âA polar bear standing in a jungle during a rain.â
You can then view your images and download them by clicking on the icon in the top-right corner.
Approach #2: Access Dall-E 3 via Microsoft Bing
This one should be easier since youâll only need to log in to your Bing account.
Visit the Microsoft Bing website, go to the âImagesâ section, then click âCreate.â You can also go directly via this link.
Simply enter your prompts to generate images, edit them as needed, and save them to your device as PNG or JPEG images.
Take note that you have a limited number of free boost credits each week for faster image generation. Once out of boosts, or youâre on your first try using DALL-E 3 using Bing, image rendering may take longer than usual.
Tips for Best Results:
Provide detailed prompts for specific images. Example: Ask to create an image of "An oil painting of a Polar Bear standing on a rock in a jungle filled with snakes..."
Ask for "subtle variations" to make minimal changes and retain the majority of the rendered image.
Play around with prompts to discover what DALL¡E 3 can do. Request variations, changes in point of view, subject placement, aspect ratio, or other details using natural language. For example, you can change the subject (e.g., "Change the polar bear into a bull.")
AI beauty pageants are now a thing
An AI influencer named Kenza Layli is âcrownedâ winner of the first Miss AI contest at the World AI Creator Awards aka WAICA.
Kenza Layli, is an AI-generated Moroccan hijabi woman and lifestyle influencer who advocates for diversity and inclusivity in the AI creator space. She has over 200k followers and all her content is generated by AI tools like DALL-E and ChatGPT.
Just like in any other beauty pageant, looks weren't the only winning factor. The Miss AI contest evaluated contestants based on their use of AI tools and their influence on social media.
After this, I doubt anyone will argue that AI isn't advancing rapidly.
Microsoft rolled out AI-powered Designer standalone app
Originally available only on the web or through Microsoft Edge and Copilot, Microsoft Designer can now be downloaded as a standalone app for Windows, iOS, and Android for free.
It will give you access to several templates that you can turn into personalized photos, stickers, greeting cards, invitations, social media posts, icons, backgrounds, and pretty much everything else you can think of.
Pretty standard for a design tool, in my opinion.
The AI features are also about what youâd expect â allowing text-to-image conversions. But you have to hand it to Microsoft Designer because the AI image renditions can go toe to toe against Dall-E 3.
So, the big question is: Is it enough to ditch Canva or Dall-E 3?

Lego Robot Can Now Interact With Humans, Thanks To AI
If you need proof that AI can 'give life,â watch the video below.
Dave is the worldâs first robot head built from Lego blocks and gears. He is created by 17-year-old Youtuber and Lego Builder, Sten (Creative Minds).
A while back, Dave had to be dismantled so his gears could be used for Stenâs other Lego projects. Now, Dave is back with a vengeance.
He is rebuilt with OpenAI integration, allowing him to engage in natural conversations, facial recognition, and even play games. đ¤
Out of all the AI robots active right now, Dave looks the most harmless.
Itâs hard to tell if itâs because heâs made up Lego blocks or if itâs due to the fact that he wears a curly brown wig.
But one thingâs sure: Despite his friendly look, Daveâs AI intelligence matches the other AI robots we have today.
